This role is essential to enhance teamwork effectiveness while advancing the capabilities of the Davis CoPilot™. The selected candidate will collaborate with product leaders and Agile Coaches to ensure project success. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient teamwork with a focus on leadership and mentoring.
• Enhance and ensure the capabilities of Davis CoPilot™.
• Engineer prompts for large language models (LLMs) in Davis CoPilot™.
• Deploy LLM-powered applications to production via CI/CD.
• Manage and optimize cloud deployments for scalability and availability.
• Collaborate with Directors, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches.
• Foster open communication and teamwork.
• Identify team training needs and support team development.

This role requires you to have:

• Technical education in Data Science or Computer Science with AI focus.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs like OpenAI and LLama.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Proven leadership of data science or software teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile Software development lifecycle.
