In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data-based models and analyses for product portfolio enhancement (e.g., the WienMobil family)
• Integrate diverse customer datasets (e.g., ticket sales, passenger numbers) using analysis methods (e.g., data normalization, anonymization)
• Serve as the contact person for customer data within the department and with stakeholders (e.g., VOR, City of Vienna)
• Participate actively in working groups on open data and coordinate internal implementation
• Ensure compliance with current guidelines and laws (e.g., DSGVO, Freedom of Information Act)

This role requires you to have:

• Ongoing or completed university or FH studies with a technical or business focus and high IT affinity
• Initial work experience in market research, data processing, and/or data analysis
• Interest in various company data and knowledge of processing large data sets (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Knowledge in business intelligence and data analytics (e.g., creating dashboards with BI tools)
• Experience in project management and agile methods (Jira, Confluence)
