In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data pipelines with business needs.
• Design and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Databricks.
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages for SQL server environments during Azure transition.
• Execute data migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Implement data governance policies for data quality and security compliance.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data engineering, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Server Integration Services, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and warehousing.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
