In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize analytics to enhance collections processes and improve debt recovery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models for enhanced targeting strategies.
• Manage the data governance framework to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Create and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines for generating insights.
• Provide technical support and automate data processes for streamlined analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective analytics and business case modeling.

• Strong skills in SQL-based data extraction and transformation.
• Proficiency in Python or R Studio for data analysis.
• Advanced visualization skills with tools like Microsoft Power BI.
• Understanding of machine learning applications.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Experience in translating data insights into business outcomes in large organizations.
