In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Utilize analytics to enhance collections processes and improve debt recovery outcomes.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models for enhanced targeting strategies.
- Manage the data governance framework to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Create and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines for generating insights.
- Provide technical support and automate data processes for streamlined analytics workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective analytics and business case modeling.

- Strong skills in SQL-based data extraction and transformation.
- Proficiency in Python or R Studio for data analysis.

- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Experience in translating data insights into business outcomes in large organizations.
