In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Commercial Administrators, providing leadership and supervision.
• Provide support in financial controls, including time recording, commercial governance, contract tracking, and invoicing.
• Assist in procurement activities, contract management, and payments.
• Support client and internal reporting requirements.
• Reconcile timesheets for invoicing purposes.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in commercial analysis or financial/IT/project support
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership abilities and team player mentality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Organizational, accuracy, and time management skills
