This role is crucial for providing high-quality analysis and supporting evidence-based decision making. Operating across various business areas, the team engages in co-designing and analyzing data projects, significantly impacting agency strategy and customer outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide key strategic project guidance and advice based on in-depth data analysis.
• Design, analyze, and report on data projects, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks.
• Use structured and unstructured data to solve complex issues and drive strategic decision making.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement in data and analytics approaches.
• Lead projects leveraging advanced analytical techniques and machine learning.
• Develop and maintain data visualization products and insightful reports.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and storytelling abilities.
• Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning.

• Familiarity with Python packages like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and H2OML.
