Senior Data Analyst

The Department of Education aims to boost Australia's economic and social well-being by improving access to quality education. The Senior Data Analyst will join the Integrated Data Analytics section to spearhead projects that integrate multiple data sources, fostering enriched analyses for policy and program advancement.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead analytical projects and supervise team members.
• Engage with stakeholders to convert their needs into analytical solutions.
• Develop code in statistical software including ABS's Data Lab.
• Conduct and oversee statistical analysis and modeling.
• Prepare and present findings with visualizations.

This role requires you to have:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in data analysis.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in longitudinal data analysis.
• Knowledge of econometrics or advanced statistical techniques.
