The Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the transition of Australian Unity Bank to Bank Australia by engaging in data analysis and operational task execution.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and execute tasks with Stream Lead and Product Manager
• Perform necessary analysis to back product streams
• Investigate product-related incidents
• Assist in managing and resolving incidents
• Address business queries on product specifics
• Maintain accurate and updated product documentation

• Tertiary qualifications in a related field
• Experience in a product or business analysis role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
