In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Analytics & Insights team on data and analytics requests
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics for team members
• Support Strategic Analytics projects focused on customer retention and feature adoption
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data products, and data pipelines
• Ensure data integrity through rigorous testing, quality checks, and validations
• Promote a data & analytics-driven culture

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with data pipelines, data exploration, interpretation, and presentation
• Knowledge of data transformation and extraction tools such as Snowflake, Python, and Data Build Tool
• Proficiency in SQL for answering complex commercial questions
• Familiarity with data lifecycle governance and continuous improvement techniques
• Understanding of commercial language and SaaS business concepts
