In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to identify data requirements and improve national rostering.
• Analyze data to uncover KPIs, trends, and root causes for actionable recommendations.
• Prepare workforce reports and insights to influence strategic decision-making.
• Create data visualizations, including charts and dashboards, for clear communication.
• Assess data quality and perform root cause analysis for accuracy.
• Support project success through collaboration and adherence to timelines.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
• Expertise in Power BI and Excel
• Experience in workforce data analysis with rostering knowledge
• Advanced data analysis and visualization skills using Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage workloads effectively in dynamic environments
