In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop insights and recommendations by conducting data sourcing, preparation, and visualization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate commercial needs into data-driven strategies.
• Promote a data-driven mindset across Domestic Retail Portfolio and related teams.
• Deliver ad hoc analytical requests for the Domestic Retail Portfolio and other functions.
• Enhance the technical capabilities of the analytics performance function.
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments in the Health Insurance sector.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience in data and analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and/or SAS.
• Expertise in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
