In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and management of surveys and feedback systems.
• Collaborate on strategies to enhance NPS through digital channels.
• Develop and deliver roadmaps, transformation plans, and target state solutions.
• Address customer interaction challenges across web, chat, and mobile platforms.
• Utilize Decision Engines, Tag Management, Analytics, and Customer Data Platforms to improve customer experience.
• Drive initiatives such as Microservices, APIs, Mini-Apps, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Work on capability models and the value chain for survey capabilities.
• Oversee integration of customer data with core systems and data repositories.
• Provide excellent communication and manage stakeholder relations.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in Qualtrics or similar platforms
• Experience in digital channels and NPS uplift
• Ability to define roadmaps and solutions at the enterprise level
• Proficiency in Decision Engines, Tag Management, Analytics, and Customer Data Platforms
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, Mini-Apps, and Event-Driven Architecture
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and capability models
• Solid experience with customer data integration with core systems
• Exceptional communication skills
