In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data warehouses and data lakes using GCP tools like BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
- Lead migration and testing of BigQuery projects.
- Optimize data orchestration and automation by converting workflows to Dataforms.
- Configure Cloud PubSub for efficient data management.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for various data processes.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data requirements.
- Mentor junior team members.

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in data architecture.
- Experience with GCP tools such as BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
- Strong data warehousing and ETL/ELT knowledge.
- SQL expertise and proficiency in Python or Java.
- Knowledge of data governance and security.
You would benefit from having:
- Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer and Cloud Architect certifications.
