In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to support ongoing decision-making and analytics requirements
• Optimize data architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Co-create problem statements with stakeholders to drive capability
• Contribute to broader organizational capability creation, including dashboards and self-serve tool training
• Develop and implement personalization capabilities for the membership-based cashback program, collaborating with digital and marketing teams
• Measure performance of personalization models and iterate based on results
• Provide appropriate tagging and reporting to support product and technology roadmap initiatives
