• Maintain and upgrade reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Improve data architecture, systems, and workflows to optimise data delivery.
• Utilise data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations supporting strategic goals.
• Promote innovation and analytical thinking, including training on self-service tools.
