In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement tracking solutions for key people metrics.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive outcomes.
• Develop reporting solutions tailored to business needs.
• Prepare and present insights reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and departments to streamline data processes.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance reporting tool understanding.
• Identify opportunities for improving reporting and automation.
• Lead the annual WGEA reporting process.
• Support P&C teams with annual reporting preparations.
