This expanding company invites applications for a Claims Data Analyst to provide Profectus user training and support end-to-end claims processes. Reporting to the Sales & Claims Data Analytics Team Lead, the role focuses on ensuring task completion and claims analysis while building strong multicultural relationships.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support Profectus users in creating and managing agreements and claims.
• Conduct group and one-on-one Profectus user trainings.
• Update flowcharts with current information.
• Create and distribute periodic reports to stakeholders.
• Provide distributor breakdown reports upon request.
• Assist in the Profectus audit process by validating claims.
• Support the Senior Claims Management Analyst with ad-hoc stakeholder requests.

This role requires you to have:

• 1-2 years experience in rebate management or related field.
• Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
