Data Analyst Revenue, Property & Valuations (Finance)

The Data Analyst role is vital for maintaining efficient operations, supporting the Revenue, Property & Valuations teams, and ensuring data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage the testing and development of Pathway software modules.
• Create and deliver reports from the data warehouse for property and rating analysis.
• Maintain accurate property and customer records.
• Provide training on Pathway modules.
• Communicate effectively with customers internally and externally.
• Contribute to the Revenue, Property & Valuations teams' operations.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in property and rating principles related to the Local Government Act.
• Experience in identifying and documenting requirements.
• Proficiency with SQL and similar databases.
• Ability to use Microsoft Access and Arc Map for property analysis.
