In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets, including open banking and credit bureau data for insights.
• Support product areas such as marketing and commercial by understanding performance drivers.
• Conduct experiments to enhance product features.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Develop and sustain business reporting and assist team with data needs.
• Work alongside Marketing Head to refine acquisition reporting and enhance metrics such as CPA, user quality, and payback.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of analytical experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL, ideally using Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with DBT.
• Ability to create dashboards using tools like DOMO or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and ability to summarize complex analysis.
• Interest in statistics or mathematics.
• Strong business acumen.
