In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and test data pipelines.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing conflicts and changes.
• Document business and functional processes using standard methodologies.
• Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist in mitigation, and escalate as needed.
• Prioritize tasks and deliverables efficiently.
• Facilitate writing user stories and develop Business Requirements documents.
• Guide and develop a high-performing team.
• Support and participate in various testing activities.
• Apply agile methodologies in daily tasks.

This role requires you to have:

• Hands-on experience in data design and data semantics.
• Technical business analysis experience in banking.
• Experience in leading workshops and discussing functional design.
• Familiarity with data profiles, data lineage, and data patterns.

You would benefit from having:

• SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with Teradata, Cloudera Hadoop platforms, and ETL frameworks.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Ab Initio.
• Exposure to cloud-based data warehousing.
