The role involves analyzing customer data to drive engagement and retention strategies. The analyst will work collaboratively with marketing and loyalty teams to inform business decisions with accurate data insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct customer data analysis using SQL to provide actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau and Google Data Studio.
• Collaborate with Senior Customer Analyst and IT Data Team for data processing.
• Design and maintain visual reports of customer metrics and behaviors.
• Assist in customer segmentation and analysis of metrics like CLV and churn.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis, particularly within marketing contexts.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
