• Lead the development and production of advanced data science models.

• Optimize codebases for scalable model development.
• Deploy predictive modelling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with Loyalty, CRM, and Customer Engagement teams.
• Monitor and enhance model performance through data and algorithm adjustments.
• Drive analytics across business units for measurable impact.
