Court Services Victoria is seeking a Data and Information Analyst to contribute to the digital transformation of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). As a justice service aiming to resolve various disputes efficiently, VCAT is enhancing its digital offerings to better serve the Victorian community. The analyst will be part of a dedicated team focused on improving service accessibility and convenience.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses under the initiative of the unit manager
- Create and amend Power BI reports and dashboards
- Utilize VCAT Azure Datawarehouse to handle data requests
- Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders to identify and meet their needs
- Perform independent data quality checks for team members

This role requires you to have:
- Proficient in Power BI report and dashboard development
- Experience with SQL programming
- Skilled in working with rational databases and Azure Datawarehouse
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, statistics, or mathematics
- Knowledge of VCAT operations and policy
