Senior Solution Engineer – Construction & Analytics

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Drive deals from pilot to closure in partnership with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams for renewal growth.
• Perform discovery processes to align customer pain points with business objectives.
• Deliver impactful CupixWorks presentations and demonstrations.
• Guide customers through CupixWorks evaluations to meet objectives and technical needs.
• Be the initial support for technical activities, including RFI responses and demonstrations.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and facilitate smooth post-sales transitions.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and understand Cupix's unique differentiators.

This role requires you to have:

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Minimum five years' experience in Construction/SaaS presales.
• Advanced configuration of CupixWorks and SiteInsights projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Construction, FM, and Inspection workflows.

You would benefit from having:

• In-depth familiarity with the Construction Industry (e.g., Project Manager, VDC Manager).
• Understanding of Reality capture techniques and 360 captures for projects.
• Presence in the APAC marketplace with experience in Singapore and Malaysia.
