In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Maintain data quality through feedback and internal metrics.
- Monitor data usage and provide insight for decision-making.
- Handle support requests and incidents as per agreed standards.
- Investigate and resolve system issues and enhance documentation.
- Support data-driven strategy development and implementation.
- Improve data processes and operational procedures.
- Offer advisory services and troubleshooting for stakeholders.
- Participate in system analysis and testing activities.
- Produce system reports for stakeholders.
- Provide out-of-hours support for critical incidents.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience in data analysis or data management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data retrieval and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL and data profiling and ETL processes.
You would benefit from having:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or data modelling.
- Experience with Informatica data profiling, ETL, and Customer 360.
