Easygo, a leading service provider in the iGaming industry, including brands like Stake.com and Kick.com, is seeking a Senior Digital Product Analyst. This new role will collaborate with the Business Intelligence, Product, and Creative teams to understand customer behavior and advance decision-making processes. Easygo has experienced substantial growth, expanding to over 450 employees, and is headquartered in Melbourne.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver strategic insights.
• Manage ad hoc research projects and an in-house customer panel.
• Utilize GA4, Google Ads, and visualization tools to create actionable reports.
• Ensure data quality in GA4 and Google Tag Manager is maintained.
• Perform analysis on user and product lifecycles, customer funnels, retention, and LTV.
• Manage data through platforms like Google Cloud, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.
• Create visual reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or digital insights roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Commerce, or related field.
• Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes.
• Proficiency in GA4, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.
• Experience analyzing customer funnels and lifecycle trends.
• Data visualization skills using Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in iGaming, gambling, or online gaming.
• Experience troubleshooting GA tag implementation with JavaScript & HTML.
• API integration experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, and Confluence.
