As part of this effort, they are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join their HR Analytics team. This role is crucial in advancing the company's HR data maturity and supporting strategic decision-making. The position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates interested in data-driven insights within the People & Culture department.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to meet data needs.
• Automate data processes using Python or R.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits.
• Stay updated with trends in data analytics for continuous improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience with Power BI and ability to code in DAX.
