In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the performance of a portfolio of accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost portfolio performance using a test and learn framework.
- Provide analytical insights to Agency Management and Client Relationship teams for portfolio optimization.
- Integrate into the analysis team and manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead the implementation of improvement solutions, taking ownership of issues and fostering change.
This role requires you to have:
- SQL
- Tableau
- Microsoft Excel
- Communication
- Data Analysis
- Relational Databases
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in collections from debt collection agencies or credit providers
