FinXL IT Professional Services is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their team in Melbourne. The role exists to enhance data-driven decision-making through robust data analysis and reporting. The team supports business operations by integrating IT solutions in a smaller organizational setting, where data insights are crucial.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business operations.
• Produce and maintain regular reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into data insights.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis projects.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports.
• Work with MS SQL and Oracle DBA databases for data migration and analysis.
• Assist in transitioning data from legacy systems to new solutions.
