Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Engineer (11g / 12c)

FinXL is undertaking a significant project with a leading banking and financial services client. They are in need of an experienced Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Consultant to drive a crucial ODI 11g to 12c migration. This role is essential to overcoming technical challenges and filling resource gaps. The chosen candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure the success of this data integration project.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from ODI 11g to ODI 12c with minimal disruption.
• Set up prerequisites and control scripts for smooth transition.
• Ensure integration with the new cloud environment.
• Resolve system defects and collaborate with SMEs, DBAs, and testing teams.
• Optimise ETL performance and manage schema-based tables.
• Provide expertise in Control-M for job scheduling and automation.
• Support testing teams in script execution and defect reporting.
• Serve as the SME for ODI migration and Oracle data structures.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in ETL and Data Integration.
• 3+ years with ODI 11g & 12c.
• Knowledge of Master & Work Repositories and Knowledge Modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle.
• Experience with Change Data Capture and schema migrations.
