In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and activate customer audience segments to boost engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with IT and Marketing to establish new integration endpoints and maintain data integrity.
• Support omni-channel customer engagement strategies through requirement capture workshops.
• Develop dashboards and analyze key metrics including acquisition and customer lifetime value.
• Utilize SQL and PowerBI to visualize campaign performance and segmentation.
• Ensure data quality through validation and governance processes.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and manage data platforms for marketing campaigns.
