In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and govern customer and product master data for system integration and compliance.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies organization-wide.
• Conduct data quality audits and lead cleansing efforts.
• Oversee data integration processes for order management systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues and enhance data quality.
• Lead initiatives for data integrity and process improvements.
• Manage the new account setup process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in master data management and data governance.
• Understanding of data flows, system integrations, and EDI messaging.
• Analytical skills to develop and act on exception reports.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP software, including advanced Excel skills (vlookup, power query, pivot tables).
