In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature definition and scope
- Co-lead feature and design workshops
- Drive collaboration on solution proposals for new features
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready' for stories
- Run team planning and refinement sessions
- Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog
- Document internal and external processes
- Provide documentation for new features
- Monitor feature performance for feedback

This role requires you to have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst
- Deep industry knowledge of payments
- Understanding of the product lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience with APIs
- Proficiency in Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in IT or Business Information Systems
