Data and Reporting Analyst - Workday

The role focuses on data management and quality assurance to support their strategic objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program leads and SMEs to document business data requirements.
• Ensure data aligns with People reporting needs.
• Conduct data migration and conversion from legacy systems to Workday.
• Validate and reconcile data with legacy systems.
• Transform people data into insights using Workday reporting tools.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and communicate findings.
• Troubleshoot Workday reporting issues.
• Provide training and support for Workday reporting.
• Support data integrity through report testing.
• Maintain data ownership within the People team.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of business analyst experience.
• Expert knowledge of Excel for data validation.
• Experience in data definition and quality analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
