The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst will play a key role in delivering data-driven solutions and insights to support strategic initiatives. This role contributes to Hostplus by enabling data-driven decisions and fostering best practices throughout the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data, reporting, and analytics needs.
• Develop advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling with machine learning.
• Support business transformation efforts through data insights on digital platforms.
• Maintain and create data models, reports, and dashboards for timely insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards.
• Provide insights for strategic market research.
• Advocate for data best practices and continuous improvement in data maturity.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong SQL skills using tools like SQL Server Management Studio and Azure Data Studio.
• Expertise in developing Power BI reports and dashboards, with strong DAX capabilities.
• Experience with machine learning using Python and Azure Machine Learning.
