Hudson's client is seeking a Data Analyst to be a crucial member of their Analytics team. The role is designed to bridge the gap between business strategies and data insights, with a focus on creating insightful Power BI reports. This position involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhancing data literacy through training sessions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data needs and translate them into specifications.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to capture reporting requirements.
- Work with Analytics Engineers to align and optimise data models.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Utilise SQL for data querying and ad-hoc analysis.
- Engage in data modelling for effective report design.
- Validate the accuracy of data and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Document data processes and user guides for Power BI use.
- Provide training sessions to improve Power BI report usage.
