• Ensure integrity and accuracy of data conversion workbooks.
• Lead regional data scope definition and mapping to Workday.
• Guide ETL tool developers in translating data requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to resolve discrepancies and quality issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to cleanse and validate data.
