In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and deliver monthly and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Analyse workforce data trends to produce actionable insights.
• Manage reporting processes and respond to information requests.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership on reporting initiatives.
• Enhance the accessibility of workforce reporting.
