Hungry Jack's®, a prime player in the fast-food industry, is looking for an ICT Data Analyst to enhance their data management infrastructure. This role focuses on creating best practices for data processes and ensuring the seamless integration of pricing structures across all systems. The team is committed to delivering precise data management solutions, supporting the business's analytic needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Participate in pricing management projects and system integration discussions.
• Develop and document business requirements for pricing management.
• Research new technologies and recommend data integration strategies.
• Evaluate inefficiencies and suggest optimal business practices.
• Liaise with business partners to maintain and update relevant data systems.
• Develop controls for the maintenance of pricing data.
• Create functional specifications for system developers.
• Manage pricing setup for Hungry Jack’s product systems.
• Ensure store setup and maintenance, including pricing updates.
• Maintain inventory code costings across systems.
• Identify data integrity improvement opportunities.
• Create and manage user and training documentation.
• Oversee POS item management from setup to pricing.
• Deploy functional solutions using system test plans.
• Communicate effectively with employees and managers.
• Act as a reference source in system project decisions.
• Develop project plans using project management techniques.
• Conduct cross-training on all deployed systems.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in retail management
• Familiarity with Macromatix, Oracle Fusion, NCR
• Digital app experience
• Understanding of data management and controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Skills in Oracle Product Hub
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines
