In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with functional experts to interpret data migration requirements into data engineering solutions.
• Design and build data integration pipelines and algorithms for data transformation.
• Develop data profiling tools to assess data quality pre-migration.
• Create reconciliation reports to ensure data integrity post-migration.
• Assist in project scoping, estimation, and task planning.
• Test ETL processes and refine them based on feedback.
• Document ETL methods and reconciliation procedures.
• Stay updated with new data engineering technologies and best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Proven ETL development experience with Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in Agile environments and Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
