In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design, operate, and improve data warehouse infrastructure.
- Automate large-scale data flows from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with teams to build complex data sources for algorithms and machine learning.
- Adopt latest technologies to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
- Develop real-time streaming from various sources to support business insights.
- Streamline reporting and analysis processes for improved customer support.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to create optimised queries
- Experience in data engineering or related field handling large datasets
- Understanding of batch and streaming data architectures
- Experience with GCP/AWS
- Strong communication skills across diverse teams
- Expertise in data modelling, ETL development, data warehousing
- Knowledge of data management and storage principles
- Understanding of distributed systems for data storage and computing
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Snowplow, Meltano, Fivetran, and DBT
- Experience with big data technologies like BigQuery
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, and IaaS
