Data and Insights Analyst

The Data and Insights Analyst role exists to support global reward projects and evolve reward practices by harnessing data.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Partner with HR teams and business colleagues in Sydney, London, and New York.
• Support the delivery of transformation reward projects as a data analysis subject matter expert.
• Manipulate and analyze financial, employee, and market data to provide strategic insights.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reward dashboards and reports.
• Provide data support during the annual remuneration review process.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data, Business, HR, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL or related analytical tools.
• Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Resourceful and proactive attitude.
