MECCA Brands is searching for an Associate Data Analyst to join their vibrant Data & Analytics team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting stakeholders with data-driven insights that influence business decisions and strategic directions. Reporting to the Analytics Lead, the successful candidate will collaborate across the entire data lifecycle, from collection to visualization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Understand data pipelines and data flows.
• Interpret and leverage data models to support business needs.
• Organise and cleanse data.
• Develop and build data models for analytics and reporting.
• Apply analytical techniques to answer business questions.
• Translate data into insights and compelling narratives.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate insights.
• Maintain standard reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as analytics, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
• Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency with reporting/visualisation tools, preferably Tableau Cloud.
• Knowledge and experience in SQL, R, and Python.
