In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead data remediation and standardization efforts for current donor registers.
• Identify and solve data-related gaps caused by past migration efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data quality assurance during migration.
• Conduct user acceptance testing in collaboration with the Donor Conception Registrar.
• Implement data process improvements across both donor registers.
• Provide leadership and management to a data-focused team.
• Oversee project activities ensuring quality and compliance with legislation.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the division.
