In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead data remediation and standardization efforts for current donor registers.
- Identify and solve data-related gaps caused by past migration efforts.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data quality assurance during migration.
- Conduct user acceptance testing in collaboration with the Donor Conception Registrar.
- Implement data process improvements across both donor registers.
- Provide leadership and management to a data-focused team.
- Oversee project activities ensuring quality and compliance with legislation.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the division.
