In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify trends and insights to support strategic business goals.
• Utilize predictive modeling and advanced analytics for decision-making.
• Support strategic projects by analyzing data from various sources.
• Enhance data analysis using AI and generative AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver technical specifications.
• Develop intuitive BI dashboards and reports.
• Communicate complex ideas through BI tools and storytelling.
• Increase the firm's data literacy with guided dashboards and documentation.

This role requires you to have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on with all aspects of data analytics.
• Strong background in data analytics and business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI visualization tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills with non-data professionals.
• Experience with big data and data modeling.
