The Data Transformation Analyst will join Group Services, a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing business performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Analytics & Insights team on data and analytics requests
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics as needed
• Support strategic projects related to customer retention and feature adoption
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data products, and data pipelines
• Ensure data integrity with appropriate testing and quality checks
• Promote a data and analytics-driven culture

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in analytics through data pipelines, exploration, and presentation
• Proficiency in data transformation tools like Snowflake, Python, and Data Build Tool
• SQL expertise for answering complex commercial questions
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI
• Ability to collaborate with digital teams and understanding of SaaS
