This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance talent-driven initiatives and supporting workforce planning through advanced data management and reporting solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage the Talent Reporting Suite in Power BI, developing dashboards to support talent goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to devise tailored reporting solutions.
• Identify strategic talent acquisition opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy with analytics colleagues and maintain the Capacity Model for workforce planning.
• Support performance tracking through Performance Metrics dashboards.
• Combine and analyze data from various sources to generate insights.
• Continuously enhance data management, analysis, and reporting processes.
