In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure stability of the production environment, conducting regular health checks and software patching.
• Take responsibility for production services, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Deliver technology support to the broader business as part of the Platform Operation team.
• Analyze ETLs using Python and SQL to process data from various sources.
• Adhere to ITIL Change management guidelines.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong experience in a similar technology role with a focus on application support.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end big data solutions using tools like HDFS, Kafka, Apache Spark, and Databricks in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of AWS data services, including S3, RDS, Redshift, Glue, and Athena.
• Technical skills in software delivery such as CI/CD and source code management.
• Capability in providing 24x7 operational support, including on-call duties.
