National Heavy Vehicle Regulator

The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR), headquartered in Brisbane, regulates heavy vehicles across Australia. Joining their Digital Enablement team, the Product Analyst will enhance NHVR's data-driven regulatory capabilities. This position supports the Data and Technology Division by configuring and improving applications to meet regulatory needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for Digital Enablement GIS application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for application configuration.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor product performance and guide roadmaps.
• Provide application support to customers, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose timely solutions, and manage product updates.
• Work with product teams to understand software updates and communicate changes.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in defining problems and organizing work backlogs.
• Experience supporting mobile and desktop applications.
• Experience with compliance or case management systems.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud-based applications.
• Experience working in Agile-Scrum environments.
