As part of their efforts, they are looking for a CXM Data Analyst to manage customer experience data systems, delivering timely insights to stakeholders and identifying key data trends.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Enhance CXM data processes for increased accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify trends in data to provide insights into emerging changes.
- Adapt to business and CXM changes with tools and technology.
- Develop strong data governance to protect customer privacy.
- Monitor reporting metrics for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with insights team to develop data specifications.
- Work with Data & Analytics and BT teams for system integration.
- Lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze data to understand customer behavior and preferences.
- Communicate insights through data visualizations.

This role requires you to have:
- Minimum 5 years in data analytics with focus on customer experience.
- Proficient in programming with SQL, R, or Python.
- Strong communication skills for engaging various audiences.
- Experience in customer-centric roles in analytics and insights.
