In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Enhance CXM data processes for increased accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify trends in data to provide insights into emerging changes.
  • Adapt to business and CXM changes with tools and technology.
  • Develop strong data governance to protect customer privacy.
  • Monitor reporting metrics for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with insights team to develop data specifications.
  • Work with Data & Analytics and BT teams for system integration.
  • Lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Analyze data to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Communicate insights through data visualizations.

This role requires you to have:

  • Minimum 5 years in data analytics with focus on customer experience.
  • Proficient in programming with SQL, R, or Python.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging various audiences.
  • Experience in customer-centric roles in analytics and insights.
